Who Am i

12+ years across Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian, and Snap-on — factory-trained and certified at every level. Mercedes-Benz factory certification with multiple advanced training courses at their national facility. Rivian Level 4 Technician — the highest field classification offered. Four years of automotive and diesel technology training at Salt Lake Community College. Thousands of vehicles diagnosed, from daily drivers to rare exotics. Over 30 rare and exotic vehicles personally owned, most with uncommon specs — I know what to look for because I've bought, built, and lived with these cars myself. I left the dealer world because OEMs are replacing their best techs with AI. I chose to stay ahead of it — using AI as a competitive advantage while doing the hands-on, trust-based work no algorithm can replace.

HOW I DIAGNOSE

Every diagnosis starts with live data — not assumptions. I check wiring before replacing parts. I cross-reference mechanical symptoms with electronic data. I find the root cause, not just the symptom that's easiest to bill for. This approach was built at the factory level and it's what separates a diagnostic specialist from a parts swapper.

WHY I BUILT ZERO-IN

The dealer model locks factory-trained expertise behind brand walls. Independent shops and private buyers deserve access to that same level of diagnostic knowledge — without the dealer markup or bias. That's what Zero-In exists to provide.

AI-ENHANCED

Every inspection and consultation starts with AI-powered research — TSBs, recalls, known failure patterns, and forum-documented issues for your specific vehicle. I show up knowing more about the car's weaknesses than the seller does.
