Who i am

A decade in the automotive industry across Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian, and my own Snap-on Tools franchise. Factory trained at Mercedes-Benz with multiple in-person courses at the Long Beach training center plus factory-led virtual training, running XENTRY daily for nearly four years on the line. Rivian Level 4 Field Technician, the highest field classification they offer. Stellantis and Mopar factory training with wiTECH. A full year of professional auto body, paint, panel, and frame training at Salt Lake Community College on top of the diagnostic side, with formal automotive training going back to 2015. Thousands of vehicles diagnosed, from daily drivers to rare exotics. I know what to look for because I've bought, built, and lived with these cars myself. Working on cars since I was 15, and I built Zero In Diagnostics to put that factory-level judgment on the buyer's side of the table.

HOW I DIAGNOSE

Every diagnosis starts with live data - not assumptions. I check wiring before replacing parts. I cross-reference mechanical symptoms with electronic data. I find the root cause, not just the symptom that's easiest to bill for. This approach was built at the factory level and it's what separates a diagnostic specialist from a parts swapper.

WHY I BUILT ZERO-IN

The dealer model locks factory-trained expertise behind brand walls. Independent shops and private buyers deserve access to that same level of diagnostic knowledge - without the dealer markup or bias. That's what Zero-In exists to provide.

AI-ENHANCED

Every inspection starts before I touch the car: every TSB, recall, and documented failure pattern for the exact year, engine, and production run, verified against manufacturer data. I show up knowing the car's weak points before the seller does.
